CapriCon Rockhampton is dedicated to providing an accessible event experience and we welcome your feedback on how we can improve each year. Should you have any special requirements during the event please ask one of our helpful volunteers or event staff.

Companion Cards

Companion cards are accepted and provide free entry for carers with the purchase of a General Admission ticket.

Assistance Animals

Assistance and service animals are permitted at CapriCon.

Quiet Zone

CapriCon has a quiet zone available in the Robert Schwarten Pavilion for attendees who may be experiencing sensory overload. If you require assistance in this capacity, please don’t hesitate to speak to our helpful volunteers or event staff who will be able to direct to the designated space.

Wheelchair Access

All CapriCon event areas at the Rockhampton Showgrounds venue are wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchair designated viewing is also available (and signed as such) in the front row at each stage. If you require assistance accessing these spaces please don’t hesitate to speak to one of our helpful volunteers or event staff.

Toilets 

Disabled toilets are located in the James Lawrence Pavilion (accessed via the ramp outside facing the Walter Pierce Pavilion) and the Robert Schwarten Pavilion (accessed from the front Foyer or via the outside entry opposite the outdoor food vendors).

Parking

Parking is available for all patrons within the Rockhampton Showgrounds. Signposted accessible parking is available in this area closest to the ticketing gate.

Don't hesitate to ask a CapriCon Volunteer, Event Officer or Security Guard for help at any time. If you experience accessibility issues at the event please let us know straight away so we can rectify the situation and ensure your experience at CapriCon is the best it can be.
