Must present valid Companion/Carer card at the gate.

Do I need to buy my ticket online?
No, but it will save you time at the gate. EFTPOS only.
What payment methods are accepted for purchasing tickets?
EFTPOS ONLY
Which gates will be open?
Pedestrian entries are at Gate 1 and Gate 9. Vehicle access and free parking is available through Gate 8.
Can I leave & come back?
Yes you can. Make sure you ask Security for a stamp when exiting the event.
Can I buy CapriCon merch?
Yes, you will find the Merch & Info Desk in the Walter Pierce Pavilion with merchandise for sale. EFTPOS only.
I have juSt purchased my ticket online, where do I go to find my ticket?
Tickets will be automatically emailed to the purchaser. Please check your inbox, including junk mail. If you are having any issues with receiving your ticket, please email Oztix at info@oztix.com.au or phone 1300 762 545.
Do I need to print my tickets, or can I use electronic tickets?
Both printed tickets and electronic tickets are accepted for entry at all ticketing gates.
