Volunteering for CapriCon means becoming a valued member of the CapriCon Events Crew, and it's an absolute blast! When you're on shift, you'll be the welcoming face of the event, and during your breaks, you'll enjoy all the amazing experiences just like any other attendee!
ROLE DESCRIPTIONS
EVENT SET-UP TEAM | Good manual handling skills for movement of stock, chairs, tables and set up of event equipment as required in the CapriCon spaces. You must be available the week before the event.
GUEST SERVICES | Guest Services are responsible for welcoming event patrons and providing directional assistance as well as monitoring queues and even helping with workshops. These volunteers are instrumental to the overall guest experience and are available in multiple locations across the event.
TICKETING SERVICES | The ticketing team are responsible for all patrons entering the event precinct. This is the ideal role for those who love to interact with lots of people and enjoy being part of a team environment. Onsite training will be provided.
SITE CREW | Our Site Crew plays an integral role working closely with the CapriCon Management Team to do jobs throughout the event hours in a time efficient manner.
