At CapriCon you’ll have the chance to hear from world-renowned artists, take part in workshops to hone your skills and meet new friends with similar interests.

Neil Fanning

CapriCon is thrilled to announce that the voice of Scooby Doo in both international blockbusters Scooby Doo and Scooby Doo 2 Monsters Unleashed, Neil Fanning is joining our all-star lineup.

Harry Jun

The host of ABC Gamer's The Loot Drop, a weekly gaming news show with hot takes, sketches and silly jokes is heading to CapriCon. We can't wait to meet comedian and host Harry Jun!

Best known for his role as Mick Taylor in the terrifying Wolf Creek franchise John Jarratt will be dropping into CapriCon to talk about all things movies and acting.

Scott Wilson | Indigiverse

JusZ Cosplay

JusZ Cosplay is a Canadian-born cosplayer, host, and published model. Joined by Breathless_ness, Jusz Cosplay will be one of CapriCon's MCs.

Breathless_ness

With a prominent history in the pop culture community, Breathless_ness has pursued her love for all things geek. Joined by Jusz Cosplay, Breathless_ness will be one of CapriCon's MCs.

Zerebin

Zerebin has been cosplaying for over 15 years and has mainly focused on Armour, Electronics and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with the materials available

Memoirs of a Bearded Cosplayer

Chris aka memoirsofabeardedcosplayer is a Brisbane based cosplayer originating from Rockhampton and has been cosplaying and attending cons for the past 7 years specialising in crossplay and genderbend. We can't wait to bring Chris back to Rockhampton for CapriCon.

Sea.shell Cosplay

Rachelle (Shell) also known as Sea.shellcosplay, loves cosplaying Disney, Marvel, DC and Anime and we can't wait to see what she brings to CapriCon.

Bexylum Art

Well known in the Wide Bay Region for manga drawing, Bec McPherson will be bringing her workshops to CapriCon.

Dean Rankine

Dean Rankine is a Ledger and Stanley Award winning comic book artist, illustrator and writer best known for his work on Simpsons Comics and The Riverdale Diaries : Starring Veronica graphic novel (Archie Comics/Buzzpop).

Tim McEwen

Tim McEwen is a veteran of Australian comic books and has been making them since the 1980s, most notably co-creating the award-winning and internationally distributed Greener Pastures comics which follow the trials, tribulations, and sometimes the bowel movements of Trevor Bovis – bull-turned-social-activist-turned-sellout-lawyer.

Mark Raats is a retired 2D/3D animator who currently works as an illustrator primarily for Disney and Lucasfilm.

From anime, to Star Wars or Marvel (and yes, also DC) you can meet friends, old and new, that share your passion and interests at meet-ups. CapriCon unofficial meet-ups have been pre-scheduled at the Showgrounds Rotunda to make getting together easy and fun.
