Site Fees
CapriCon is spread across the Rockhampton Showgrounds venue with both indoor and outdoor trade locations available.
For indoor vendors (retailers, authors and artists) CapriCon provides professional boothing the same as you would expect at Supanova or Oz Comic-Con. These booths have your business name printed and affixed to the top panel. This cost is included in your site fee. Power access, tables and chairs are available for hire.
You will be placed in the zone or pavilion best suited to your product or entertainment offering.

Application Process
Applications will be assessed based on suitability to the event and the following event selection criteria:
- Preference will be given to applicants with product or experience that will complement and enhance the event
- The quality of photos in your application will be used to determine your suitability for the event.
- The description you provide to explain your product range will ensure duplication of similar vendors does not occur.
- Preference will be given to applicants that sell 80% pop-culture related products.
- The online presence your business has will be reviewed, including your active social media accounts and website.
- Applicants must meet all requirements, including convention theming and supply the relevant documentation (eg. Public Liability Insurance, Food Business Licence, Workplace Health and Safety Induction)
- Applicants that can trade during event operating hours and have not closed early at a previous event.
- Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it, clean and devoid of waste
Successful applicants will receive a trade site offer with further details around the event, its requirements and terms of trade.
