Where is CapriCon?

CapriCon is held at the Rockhampton Showgrounds, across multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces. Learn more by viewing the map here.

Can I come in cosplay?

Absolutely! We encourage attendees to dress as their favourite characters. All costumes must remain family-friendly and comply with the CapriCon Prop Weapons Policy.

IS CAPRICON ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, CapriCon welcomes every body. Accessible parking is available, and Companion Card holders receive free entry when attending with a ticket holder, learn more about accessibility at the event here.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE SOMETHING?

Please visit the Merch & Info Desk located in the Walter Pierce Pavilion. Lost property will be managed from this location throughout the event.

Can I buy CapriCon merch?

Yes, you will find the Merch & Info Desk in the Walter Pierce Pavilion with merchandise for sale. EFTPOS only. 

Do I need to buy my ticket online?

Yes, please purchase your tickets online, no tickets will be sold in person at the gates.

Which gates will be open?

Pedestrian entries are at Gate 1 and Gate 9. Vehicle access and free parking is available through Gate 8. 

Can I leave & come back?

Yes you can. Make sure you ask Security for a wristband when exiting the event.

I have just purchased my ticket online, where do I go to find my ticket?

Tickets are automatically emailed to the purchaser. Please check your inbox, including your junk or spam folder. If you are having trouble receiving your ticket, please contact Oztix at info@oztix.com.au or phone 1300 762 545.

Do I need to print my tickets, or can I use electronic tickets?

Both printed tickets and electronic tickets are accepted for entry at all ticketing gates.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?

Yes, but tickets must be purchased online through Oztix. No tickets will be sold at the gates.
