SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!! CapriCon is thrilled to announce that the voice of Scooby Doo in both international blockbusters Scooby Doo and Scooby Doo 2 Monsters Unleashed, NEIL FANNING will be appearing Saturday 2 September 2023! 

Neil is a 'pup' culture legend, lending his voice to the titular canine in the 2000s film series written by James Gunn, and co-starring Matthew Lillard, Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar and Linda Cardellini. Neil also has over 50 movie and tv credits as a Stuntman and Actor!! If there's only one thing you Doo in September, make sure it's meet this film and TV legend!!!

Bio 

Voice Artist, stuntman and actor, Neil Fanning’s entertainment career has spanned over 35 years. With more than 50 movie, television and commercial credits to his name, Neil’s versatility and experience continue to be highly sort after. Most notably Neil performed the voice of Scooby Doo in both international blockbusters, Scooby Doo and Scooby Doo 2 Monsters Unleashed. Among his other film credits are Elvis, Nim’s Island, Daybreakers, Peter Pan, Crocodile Hunter - Collision Course and Jacki Chan’s First Strike. TV appearances include Sea Patrol, Wanted, Mermaids along with many others and numerous commercials. Neil has also lent his unique voice talent to international movie studios including USA studios Warner Bros and Walt Disney Pictures.

In 1991 Neil performed as an opening day entertainer at Warner Bros Movie World on the Gold Coast and continued to perform multiple roles for 14 years in the number one attraction, The Police Academy Stunt Show and a further three years as a precision drift stunt driver in the Hollywood Stunt Driver Show. Neil won Warner Bros Movie World’s Employee of the Month three times and was their Employee of the Year in 1997. He also managed the Police Academy Stunt Show for 8 years and represented Warner Bros Movie World internationally performing shows throughout Asia. In addition, Neil was nominated as Australia’s International Performer of the Year at the 1998 International Theme Park Awards which were held in the USA.

Neil has also been a stunt driving instructor for Gold Coast company The Stunt Driving Experience and performed high speed precision stunt driving shows for four consecutive years as part of the on-track entertainment for the Gold Coast Indy 500 event.

Neil continues to perform in the film and television industry and in the corporate entertainment sector writing, producing and performing over 15 interactive comedy characters and as an MC for major corporate events in Australia and internationally.
